Loved our stay at The Lady of the Lake. This was my second time staying here and it always exceeds expectations. The tiny details like the swan shaped towels on the beds, to the beautiful views- it had everything we needed. Devin is extremely responsive and made coordinating the trip so easy. We made lots of memories with family and they can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

This cabin was a perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time from where we live. The creek is very nice to hear day or night. We really enjoyed the fire pit! There is a cool scavenger hunt in a folder inside of the home, we didn’t get to find everything! Grocery stores are about 20 min away. Would love to go back!

Devin’s place was awesome! The private jacuzzi, the beautiful surroundings, security, and the beautiful home were outstanding. Jim Thorpe is about 20 min away and great viewpoints are nearby. Would definitely come again, Devin and and Michelle were the best hosts with their quick responses and easy check-in & check-out. Thank you!

This property is incredible. The grounds are expansive and packed with outdoor activities. It is a massive slice of paradise. I went with 20 guys for a bachelor party (mostly ages 28-30) and we had a blast using the pool/ hot tub, game room, wiffle ball, pickle ball, disc golf, basketball, and the list goes on and on. The owners were super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They live in tiny homes on the edge of the property and greeted us when we first arrived, but otherwise they really encouraged us to have fun on their property stayed totally out of sight. Our group loved Skytop golf course & adventure park (10 mins away) and Skirmish paintball (40 mins away). I would definitely come back!!

Green Gables was an amazing place to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends and family. Lindy was responsive to inquiries and was able to accommodate requests that we made. The estate has so many activities to do and despite the rain, we were able to take full advantage of the space. There are plenty of knicks and corners in the house that make it a perfect stay for a big group that was full of introverts and extroverts. There are many little touches that make the estate feel both homy and modern. We can't wait to come back!
A reservation booked directly with us requires a signed booking agreement specific to the property booked. Please read through the cancellation terms penalties prior to booking. You'll have 48 hours to agree to the booking terms and still cancel without penalty as well as sending a photo of your legal identification. For some properties a security deposit is required if you have not stayed with us before. Please inquire for specifics It is recommended that guests purchase travel insurance to cover any lost nights or damages during your stay. Independant travel insurance can be purchased by a number of providers. For credit cards, we use stripe for payment processing so your charges are secure. Upon booking and depost paid your reservation is confirmed and a confirmation is sent via email with reservation number provided.
By booking direct, you will already save 5-10% versus booking with online agencies! For verified return guests you can save 5% by requesting the "returning guest" promo. Deployed Military are offered a 10% discount on non peak weekends and holidays. Discounts for stays longer than one week can also be considered for a discount. For all of these please note them in the inquiry. We price our properties to be competitive to the area and amenities offered at the property, removing the stress of the haggle and ensuring you are receiving the best price we have to offer during the time you will traveling.
An early arrival or late check out is dependant on whether or not we have guests leaving in front of you or staying after you. Before asking, please check the property's availability calendar. If there are guests departing before or arriving after please do not request an early arrival or late check out. We have an extremely high standard of cleanliness for our properties and as such we do not rush our cleaners. If it is available on the calendar, please request it no sooner than 2 days before. There are no gaurantees but if available early arrivals are free but late outs incure an hourly charge. If the property is not availabe to arrive early, you may still request a notification of when the property will be ready on arrival day and we can sometimes get you in at least a little early.
